After an analysis of your business, the market, and an agreed on valuation we buy an equity position in the business, becoming a part owner. In this part ownership role we provide management assistance and guidance in areas the business could benefit from, helping to unlock additional revenue or profits. We do not take an active daily management role, we provide support, resources, and on-going consulting. 

Business Buyout - If you are thinking about selling your business we can help save you money. Listing your business with a broker can cost you up to 10% of the sales price of your business, an astounding amount. Should your business be a good fit we would be able to save you the cost of a broker when dealing direct. We use the same valuation model, with much less time to a closed transaction.
